The Pocono Township Board of Commissioners moved through a lengthy slate of land‑development waivers and conditional approvals at its July 7 meeting. The board approved consolidation of 1512 & 1516 Shady Lane and adopted Resolution 2025‑24 granting conditional approval of that lot consolidation (LDP 1443). Multiple waivers were approved for the MCTA Expansion (LDP 1437), including stormwater modeling allowances and roof‑drain discharge conditions; the minutes record these items were recommended by the planning commission and adopted by unanimous vote.
