Pocono Township commissioners approved a series of waiver requests for the Trap Event Center project, including waivers for a current title search, an environmental site assessment, parking‑island standards, street trees, property‑line buffers, minimum SMO depth and a boundary survey. Each waiver was moved by Chair Wielebinski and seconded by Commissioner Velardi and the motions carried.
