The Town of Sumner Planning Board voted to approve three building notifications at its April 21 meeting. Paul Vertefeuille moved to approve the application for 615 Main St (Map R14, Lot 015‑1); Ben Young seconded the motion after Curtis Gosselin recused himself from that vote.
