Jesse (Linn County Public Works) told commissioners that the county will receive $124,898.57 through a federal fund exchange and that available funds after exchange are $112,408.71; he asked for authorization to sign the exchange paperwork. Commissioners moved and approved Jesse's request to sign the documents.
