Public safety reports: AMR calls and sheriff statistics shared
AMR reported 74 ambulance calls and 24 transports in the April 1–12 period with an average response time of 8:45. The sheriff's report listed jail population and service statistics.

Dawn Brooks of AMR delivered the ambulance report for April 1 through 12: "A total of 74 calls with 24 transports. Average response time of 8 minutes and 45 seconds," she said. The report included town-by-town call counts: LaSine 26 calls (7 transports), Pleasanton 25 calls (8 transports), Mound City 13 calls (5 transports), and smaller totals in other towns.
