At the Feb. 23, 2026 meeting, property owner/presenter Karl Huth asked the Plan Commission to begin the rezoning process for 510 Home Rd, proposing a change from R3-Multifamily zoning to PUD (Planned Unit Development). Huth presented a conceptual drawing and site plan for the parcel.
