Commissioner Carl raised concerns that the county's comprehensive plan outreach appears behind schedule, asking whether anyone had heard from Josh, the consultant handling the plan, and noting that public note cards for surveys had not been received. "Have anyone heard from Josh, the guy on the comprehensive plan?" he asked, and commissioners said they needed to know how many surveys have been filled out.
