The Fonda City Council voted Oct. 15 to authorize City Clerk Duitsman to open a Pool Fundraising account at First Community Bank. Councilmember Brian Larsen moved the measure and Councilmember Tim Hess seconded; the minutes record that Mayor Don Wolf and City Clerk Duitsman will sign documents to open the account and that the motion carried with Councilmembers Hess, Larsen and Wells voting aye.
