Amy Oliver, Community Development Director, presented a proposed process for project scope-change requests to the Community Development Grant (CDG) program and the Committee discussed adding language to cover 'changes due to unforeseen circumstances' that alter a project's initial intent and objectives. The Committee recommended that wording be added to the grant agreements and that the updated process be included in future CDG documents.
