Commission grants conditional preliminary approval for 175‑lot Hampton Ridge subdivision

Kent County commissioners granted conditional preliminary approval to SL‑26‑4 (Hampton Ridge), a proposed major subdivision of 175 single‑family lots inside the Growth Zone.
