Select Board clarifies USPS plowing responsibility, outsources Town Report printing
Wilton USPS initially told the town a contractor would plow the Weld USPS parking area; the Postmaster clarified Rocky Hill Landscaping was misinformed and the Town of Weld remains responsible. The board also voted to outsource printing of the Town Report for $1,088.52.

The Select Board discussed a discrepancy over who is responsible for plowing the Weld USPS side of the parking lot. Rocky Hill Landscaping, hired by Wilton USPS, had informed the Town it would plow that side; after the town contacted the Wilton Postmaster, he clarified Rocky Hill had been misinformed and the Town of Weld remains responsible for plowing that portion under an existing lease/services contract.
