Cicero to revise county utilities support letter to avoid commitment to hookup

Staff reported the county had asked Cicero for a letter of support to run utilities to the boundary of a utility district; CJ provided the draft. A staff member said the letter "gives us flexibility" but must be revised so it does not indicate the town is committing to connect to the county system.
