Lower Lake LAPAC hears request to add parcels to Community Growth Boundary
The Lower Lake LAPAC reviewed a request from property owner Michael Santarelli to add 7–8 parcels south of Morgan Valley Road to the Community Growth Boundary and redesignate them to suburban reserve; the group noted municipal water access and adjacent boundary status make the request plausible and asked staff to include it in draft updates.

Chair (S1) said the group discussed "Michael Santarelli's request" that he wants several parcels south of Morgan Valley Road added to the Community Growth Boundary and redesignated to suburban reserve. S1 noted the parcels "are bordering the Community Growth Boundary already" and that "they already have municipal water," which the LAPAC said makes inclusion feasible.
