The Colo City Council unanimously approved a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds to the city’s Water Sinking Fund at its Sept. 8 meeting. Council member Imler introduced the resolution and Council member Nicholas seconded; the council recorded the action as resolution 26-9-2.
