The council considered a resolution approving payment for a State Revolving Fund (SRF) sponsored project. During discussion a council member asked whether this was the final payment or if additional work remained; staff replied that some warranty or nonwarranty work remained this week. After the clarification, a motion was moved, seconded and the council approved the resolution.
