The Androscoggin County Commissioners voted to enter executive session on March 4, 2026 under Title 1 M.R.S.A. §405(6) citing subsection (D) for labor contracts and subsection (C) for discussion of property or economic development where premature disclosure would prejudice the board's bargaining position. The motion to enter executive session was moved by Andrew Lewis, seconded by Shukri Abdirahman, and passed 7–0.
