Forrest County’s personnel docket on July 20 included multiple new hires, separations and pay‑rate changes. New hires recorded include Kyndell Bourlet to FCSO dispatch (full‑time with benefits, effective 7/13/2026), Seth Blackmon (FCSO, effective 7/13/2026), Dewayne Hall (Adult Jail, effective 7/27/2026) and Latrina Booker (Adult Jail, effective 7/27/2026).
