After a public hearing and public comment, the Village Board recorded two roll-call motions that each produced tie outcomes, so a request to rezone 231 S. Wisconsin Avenue (Riverdale Ag) from Commercial to Industrial failed and the parcel remains Commercial.

The Muscoda Village Board held a public hearing April 13 on a proposal to rezone 231 S. Wisconsin Avenue (Riverdale Ag) from Commercial to Industrial. David Wiederholt spoke in favor of rezoning so Riverdale Ag properties would be uniformly classified as industrial.
