Butte County panel approves Santa Maria Meadow Estates final plat
The Butte County Planning Commission unanimously approved the final plat for Santa Maria Land and Cattle Corporation’s Meadow Estates (Lots 1–21) after a motion by Vice Chairman Cody Burke; the action creates 21 lots in the Meadow Estates subdivision.
