Village Manager Rafi used the manager’s report on May 19 to summarize several near‑term operational items and capital projects. He said the village is accepting applications to serve on boards and commissions (applications due May 29 and appointments at the June 16 meeting), expects the Beverly Park playground work to start after Oakland County issues a soil‑erosion control permit (hoping for substantial completion July 22) and that RFPs for the FY27 sidewalk replacement and Beverly Park fence replacement programs will be released this week with responses due in June.
