River Ridge CDD approves $1,111,860 drainage contract with Clark Construction

The River Ridge Community Development District voted April 28 to award a multi-phase stormwater management contract to Clark Construction Group, Inc. in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,111,860, including an added 5% contingency. District Engineer Charlie Krebs outlined bid comparisons and said the extra contingency covers unit-cost items such as tree removal, shrub replanting and sprinkler adjustments.
