The board adopted Resolution HPB2604 denying HPB26-O4, received updates on 612 10th Street and Pass Forward engagement, and staff reminded board members of mandatory new-member training on Aug. 24.

In addition to adopting Resolution HPB2604 denying the COA for 412 18th Street, the Historic Preservation Board at its July 8 meeting received several staff updates and administrative items. The board approved the agenda and minutes at the start of the meeting, then heard the main case and two staff briefings.
