Staff member told the committee it had received three proposals for a Golden makerspace feasibility study but that one firm had limited capacity and might not be able to deliver this year, leaving two actionable proposals. Staff asked the board to name a small group to examine proposals and refine scope. "I've reached back out to the 1st consultants ... they said that they have limited capacity and might not be able to deliver this year," Staff member said.
