The Valley County Board of Supervisors on Feb. 24 approved a quote from MIPS for new time-and-attendance software, with service to begin April 1, 2026. The motion to approve the quote was made by Supervisor Stunkel and seconded by Supervisor Baker; the motion passed unanimously.
