Jason Lytle and Andrew Lynch of GMB updated the council on the Pumping Station project's schedule, saying substantial completion had been scheduled for Nov. 29, 2025 with 30 additional days for final completion but the project is running behind and may complete in January 2026. Mr. Lytle presented an amendment to the owner‑engineer agreement requesting up to $80,430.00 for additional full‑time inspection services, which he said were required by USDA.
