Council to correct clerical error in Dolan TIF reimbursement split
Staff told council a clerical error reversed the intended TIF reimbursement percentages; because the building is newly completed with first payment not due until December, the council has time to correct the agreement to reflect the intended 90% then 80% splits over the TIF period.
