The Fraser Housing Authority reported receipt of a $12,900,000 commitment from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) under the Prop 1‑23 program to support the Saint Louis Landing housing project. Bond counsel and special counsel said the commitment meets the requested amount and that CHFA agreed to a 40‑year term, which advisors said aligns with the bond structure. "It is for the amount of $12,900,000, which was what was requested," counsel said during the presentation.
