The Ford County Board approved the FY 2027 county budget on Sept. 7, 2026, following a public hearing with no comments; the vote was 3-0 in favor of adoption.

The Ford County Board of Commissioners approved the FY 2027 county budget at a special meeting on Sept. 7, 2026. Chairman Gary Thomas opened the public hearing; no written or oral comments were received. After the hearing, Commissioner Chris Boys moved to approve the budget "as presented," and Commissioner Shawn Tasset seconded the motion. The board voted 3-0 to adopt the budget.
