The Portage County Highway Committee voted to approve a survey and preliminary design agreement with Trevor and Associates for a southern portion of County Highway T that the chair said has multiple horizontal curves and drainage concerns. "This section of roadway is in our capital improvement program for reconditioning and resurfacing next year," the chair said when introducing the agreement.
