Chairman Robertson opened the Spokane Valley Planning Commission workshop and turned the meeting over to city staff, who introduced consultant Ethan Spoo of Dow to review recent state housing legislation and the timeline for local code changes. Spoo said the presentation was a preview ahead of draft code changes that will return to the commission in September and October.
