At the start of the Aug. 12 Committee of the Whole meeting Mayor Nurbin moved forward the agenda and council members moved and seconded approval of the July 14 minutes. After a voice call for those in favor, the mayor declared the minutes approved; no opposition was recorded on the transcript.
