The CSZ Committee recommended approval of rezone RZ26-10 and a related Conditional Use Permit (CUP26-011) to allow a private school on roughly 6.5 acres owned by Keith and Ruth Nolt. Hickory Grove Township had approved both items and placed no conditions.
