The commission approved a building and site‑plan amendment for Seidel Plastics at 6301 West Executive Drive that will add about 27,550 square feet of manufacturing space and approximately 9,000 square feet of additional parking. Staff said the plan accommodates an expected increase of roughly 25 employees (five office, 20 manufacturing across shifts) and brings the building materials and finishes into alignment with the existing facility.
