The Highland Beach Town Commission on Aug. 11 authorized the mayor to execute a revised contract with Pave Connect Logistics LLC for milling and repaving the existing shared walk path at a price of $263,260.80 under OMNIA Partners Contract R220902. Staff said the contractor requested three minor edits; the town attorney reviewed and the town recommended reexecution with the modified language.
