The Board reviewed three requests to contract with current or former state employees under NRS 333.705. The Clerk of the Board described each request: DMV requested contracting with former employee Antonio Leal for project-management and information security support; the Department of Veterans Services requested contracting with former employee Sherrill Sundell for grants management for rural health programming (contractor name recorded as HAT Limited Partnership, dba Manpower); and Conservation & Natural Resources requested contracting with former employee Richard Jacobs for expertise on the Nevada Water Conservation and Infrastructure Initiative.
