Planning staff presented an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) application to convert an existing garage at 600 East Maple into a small dwelling with kitchen and bathroom. Staff said the applicant met zoning conditions, and the planning board recommended additional maintenance and setback conditions to prevent expansion beyond the existing footprint; commissioners approved resolution 2026-079 by motion.
