County and project representatives told the board that Danco’s Valley View Commons (a No Place Like Home project) has about $15,000,000 in secured state financing and an approximate remaining gap of $11,000,000. The developer said the project team is pursuing Homekey Plus, a one-time state program intended to clear stalled affordable housing projects, and expects to hear back in roughly 30 days.
