Michael Case presented the Draft 2027–2031 Five-Year Transportation Program and asked the commission to approve it for public comment. "There was a small bump but revenue remained consistent across the years," Case said when asked how 2027 compared with 2026. Chair Heath E. Salisbury moved to approve the draft for public comment; Commissioner Rita Brown seconded and a voice vote carried with all members present voting in favor.
