Council adopts PID updates, schedules hearing on Simpson Road assessments
Council approved Ordinance 401 updating the Simpson Road PID assessment rolls and approved Resolution 162 for Lowry Trails O&M PID; it also set a public hearing for Aug. 25 on Simpson Road O&M assessments via Resolution 163.

The Lowry Crossing City Council approved several public-improvement district items at its July 28 meeting. The council adopted Ordinance 401 to approve the 2026 Annual Update to the Service and Assessment Plan and Assessment Rolls for the Simpson Road Public Improvement District, and it approved Resolution 162 adopting the 2026 Service and Assessment Plan for the Lowry Trails operation and maintenance PID.
