Board members discussed a previously little-noticed 'stadium' account with a current balance of roughly $74,007.67. Committee members said the account was established around 2008 after stadium construction and at one point held as much as about $600,000 for future turf replacement, but recent years saw little movement and the account balance has been relatively dormant.
