City staff reported that Phase II of the Bridgefarmer Road project begins this week and that informational flyers have been distributed to residents. Pat Kelly said he and Justin met with TxDOT about permitting and an earlier drainage error related to the Highway 380 widening; several utility lines will need to be moved to address storm drainage.
