At its Sept. 21 meeting the Industrial Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to approve SB12: Annual Certification of Compliance with Certain Laws and authorized staff to submit it prior to the Sept. 30, 2026 deadline; the motion was moved by Mrs. Perry and recorded as carried with Allen abstaining.

The Industrial Independent School District Board of Trustees voted on Sept. 21, 2026, to approve SB12: "Annual Certification of Compliance with Certain Laws" and authorized its submission prior to the Sept. 30 deadline. Mrs. Perry made the motion; Mrs. Chaney seconded. The minutes record the motion as carried with six votes in favor and one abstention (Allen).
