City staff presented a proposed Fire Protection Service Interlocal Agreement to the Perryton City Council on July 21, 2026. Following the presentation, Councilman Brad Herring moved to present the proposed agreement to the county for their consideration; Councilman Greg Good seconded the motion, and the council voted unanimously to proceed.
