The Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee approved a proposed rule from the Department of Economic Development on Certified Microgrid Development Programs (145 CSR 20) at its Jan. 28, 2026 meeting after the agency agreed to several modifications. Chair Senator Rucker convened the meeting; Robert Akers, House Counsel, presented the committee abstract and answered questions that led to negotiated changes with agency representatives.
