Committee adopts standardized cleaning, feeding and training protocols for staff and volunteers

The interim director outlined procedural changes for animal care intended to standardize daily operations. "We have some new standard protocols for cleaning that we're working on," the interim director said, and added that volunteers and staff will be trained to the same checklist and feeding schedule to reduce errors.
