Council authorizes lease amendment with Vertical Bridge, adds redevelopment option

The Town of Hunts Point Council reviewed a proposed amendment to the council's cell tower lease with Vertical Bridge and voted to authorize the Mayor to execute the amendment as amended, subject to final review and approval by the Town Attorney. The minutes note the current lease expires in May 2027 and the amendment provides two ten-year options and a 10-year allowance for redevelopment. The motion was moved by Dan Temkin, seconded by Ted Frantz, and passed 3–0–0.
