The board moved to approve the minutes from Sept. 23, 2025. The chair asked members to signify their vote: "All those in favor of approving the minutes from 09/23/2025, please signify by saying aye," and multiple members said "aye." At least two members stated they would abstain during the roll call. The chair then noted "The motion carries."
