By unanimous vote the board approved a minor comprehensive-plan amendment and concurrent rezoning to C335 for two parcels near State Route 69 / Big Bug Trail to align historic use with a commercial zoning designation.

Development Services planner Stephanie Johnson presented two linked applications from property owner Bill Roberts to amend the comprehensive plan land-use designation and to rezone two parcels to a typical C335 commercial zoning so both parcels have consistent commercial allowances. Staff said the parcels have long been used in the manner consistent with C3 uses since at least 1998 and that outreach (three notifications) produced no letters of opposition or support.
