The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a preliminary plat for Phase 4 of the Springfield (Stringfield) Ranch at Granite Mountain that creates 49 single-family lots across roughly 57.97 acres and includes three tracts: private drives, 18.49 acres of open space and a lift-station tract.
