The Fremont City Council authorized acceptance of Whitman Engineers’ five-year update to the Water Reliability Study as part of the consent agenda on Aug. 17. The acceptance was included in a single consent motion moved by Councilmember Sandy Siegel and seconded by Councilmember Eric Johnson.
